On October 7, 2000, Valley Animal Hospital celebrated the completion of its construction and remodeling project by hosting an open house. The radio station Q-99 had a live remote broadcast, Mill Mountain Zoo brought an exhibit, various veterinary supply vendors had booths, the Greyhound Adoption Agency was in attendance and the Virginia State Police brought working dogs for demonstrations. Thanks to all of these fine organizations for their support.
Thanks also to the 850 people who attended that day. You made it special for us.
